ඕනෑම ඇඩෝබ් මෘදුකාංගයක් ඔබේම කර ගන්න.

                                                             

Genuin Softwareම පාවිච්චි කරන්න කියලා කිව්වට ඒවා ගන්න අපිට කොහෙන්ද සල්ලි? ADOBE කියන්නෙ අපිට නිතරම අවශ්ය වෙන Software products series  එකක්ම තියෙන Company එකක්. මම අද Post එකෙන් කියන්නේ Adobe වර්ගයේ ඕනෙම Software එකක්  Crack කර ගන්න විදිහ. Net එකෙන් Key  එකක් හොයා ගෙන මේක කරන්න පුලුවන් වුනත් ඒ වෑඩේ එච්චර ලේසි නෑ.server එකට connect වුනු ගමන් ඒ key එක කලින් use කරලා තියෙනව නම් discard කරනවා.
          කරන්න තියෙන්නෙ මෙච්චරයි. අදාල software එකේ trial version එක Adobe site එකෙන් බාගත කර ගන්න. පහත දෑක්වෙන ෆයිල් එකත් බා ගත කර ගන්න.

ඒකෙ තියෙන host කියන file එක copy කරලා

                             C --> WINDOWS --> System32 --> drivers --> etc.

                                  කියන තෑනට  paste එකට කරන්න. Product එක start කලාම සුපුරුදු පරිදි ඔබෙන් Key එකක් ඉල්ලාවි. වෑඩ කරන ඕනෙම Key එකක් දීලා කරදරයක් නෑතුව ඔයාට දෑන් ඒ software එක  Use කරන්න පුලුවනි.

 ජලන පුංචි පුතේ...ඔබට නිවන් සුව !!!

පුංචි දරුවෙක් ඉන්නා නිවසක් හැම තිස්සෙම තියෙන්නෙ සතුටින් පිරිලා. ඒ වෙන කිසිවක් නිසා නොවෙයි. අර පුංචි දරුවා කරන හුරතල් වැඩ දිහා බලලයි. පුන්චි දරුවො බහ තෝරන්න පටන් ගත්තට පස්සෙ, ඒ දරුව ටික වෙලාවකට හරි නැති වුනොත් ගෙදර අයට ඒ අඩුව හොදට දැනෙනවා. ඊයේ , ඒ කියන්නෙ 2012 අප්‍රේල් 21 වෙනිදා, මගේත් ලඟම ඥාති වන,හැමෝවම සතුටු කරපු, හැමෝම ආදරය කරපු පුංචි පුතෙක් අපව හැරදාල සදහටම යන්න ගියේ කිසිම කෙනෙක් නොහිතපු ආකාරයට, නොසිතූ වෙලාවක. 

                   අවුරුදු කාලේ ඉවර වෙන්න කිට්ටු වුනත් ගොඩක් ප්‍රදේශ වල තවමත් අවුරුදු උත්සව. ඒ වගෙ සිඟිති අවුරුදු උලෙලක් ඊයේ අපේ ගෙවල් පැත්තෙත් පැවැත්වුනා. පුංචි ලමයි, දෙමවුපියනුත් එක්ක 50 කට වැඩි පිරිසක් එතනට එක් රොක් වෙලා හිටියේ ටිකක් සංතෝස වෙලා යන්න. උදේ වරුවේ තරඟ කිහිපයක්ම පැවත්වුනා පුංචි දරුවන් සදහා. තවමත් අවුරුදු හතරහමාරක් වුනු සුරතල් ජලනත් මේ හැම එකකටම සහභාගි වුනා එයාගෙ අම්මත් එක්ක. උදේ 11.30 ට විතර වැඩිහිටි තරඟයකටත් අවස්ථාව ලබා දෙන්නයි සූදානම්ව තිබුනේ. ජලනට පුටුවක වාඩි වී ඉන්න සලස්වා අම්මාත් තරඟයට සහභාගි වෙන්න ගියා. දෙදෙනෙක් බැලුම් බෝලය නලල මත නොවැටී තබා ගෙන නැටීමේ තරඟය ඇරඹුනා. අම්මාගේ ඇස වසා පුංචි ජලන අසල තිබූ පොදු නාන පොකුණ අසලට ගොස් තිබුනා. කිසිවෙක් එය දැන් පාවිච්චි නොකරන බැවින් ලිඳ තිබුනේ කිසිඳු ආවරණයක් රහිතවයි. අඩු තරමේ උස් බැම්මක් වත් එය වටා ඉදි කර තිබුනේ නැහැ. මව තරඟයේ ටිකෙන් ටික ඉදිරියට යද්දී , සුරතල් ජලන  වැස්සෙන් පිරී තිබූ ලින් පොකුණ තුල, පරව යමින් සිටියා. එතරම් විශාල පිරිසක් සිටියදීත් කිසිවෙකුට දරුවා එහි යනු ඇස ගැටී තිබුනේ නැහැ. 

දරුවා පිලිඹද සෙවීම ඇරඹුනේ තරඟය අවසන් වීත් විනාඩි 15 කට පමණ පසුවයි. ඒ වන විට දරුවා පොකුණට වැටී පැයකටත් වඩා වැඩි කාලයක් ගත වී තිබුනා. පුංචි ජලන ලිදෙන් ගොඩට ගන විට නාසයෙන් , කටින්, කන් වලින් කිටි කිටියේ වතුර ගලා ගියා. වහා ජයවර්ධනපුර රෝහලට ගෙන ගියත් ඒ වන විටත් ජලන අප අතරින් සමු ගෙනයි සිටියේ.  හැමෝගෙම ඇස් වලට කඳුලක් එක් කරමින් පුංචි ජලන මරණය සොයා ගිහින්. අවමඟුල් නිවසේදී "එයා ගෙනාපු ආයුෂ ඉවරයි. ඒ නිසා එයාට යන්න වුනා" වැනි කථා අසන්නට ලැබුණා. නමුත් මෙය ජලන කැමැත්තෙන් ගිය ගමනක් නොවේ. පැහැදිලිවම මව්පියන්, වැඩිහිටියන්ගේ නොසැලකිල්ලෙන් සිදුවූ, වලක්වා ගත හැකිව තිබූ සිදුවීමක්ය.  කුඩා දරුවන් සිටිනා මව්පියනි, ඔබේ පුංචි සතුට වෙනුවෙන්, ඔබ දරුවා වෙතින් ඇස ඉවතට ගන්නා මොහොතක ඇසිල්ලක් ඇති දරුවාට හානියක් සිදු වීමට. යමක් සිදු වූවායින් පසු හඬා දොඩා පලක් නැහැ. 

ගමම හඬවමින් කෙටි කලකට අප අතරට ආ පුංචි ජලන හෙට (සඳුදා) සදහටම සමු ගන්නවා. යලි කිසිදා ඔබට මෙවැනි අකල් විපතක් නොවේවා !!!

         The USB device can Perform faster.!!! ..????

USB devices are used almost everywhere in the world today. and people have used to bring them anywhere they go. Actually its important like the wallet for me. I think it is same for most of u all, as people living in IT era. If you are using Microsoft windows,You may have experienced a popup message saying "the USB can perform faster". What does this mean?? 
    USB means Universal serial Bus. most probably there are at least 6 USB ports in a desktop computer. earlier versions of USB are called version 1.1 . and currently using version is 2.0 . The expected release is version 3.0. The difference between these three is the data transfer rate of each of them. version 1.1 supported only up to 12 Mbps. but version 2.0 supports for theoretically 480 Mbps transfer rate.if you carefully read that, actually it means a lot, 40 times faster than 1.1. and it is expected that 3.0 will support for 5Gbps which is 10X jump from the previous.(Actually it has already arrived in Asus and gigabyte motherboards)  
       one interesting aspect of USB is that it is totally OK to mix and match 1.1 and 2.0 . even 3.0 has the backward compatibility with 2.0. so let's dig into our exact topic. when you connect a USB 2.0 device to 1.1 USB port, windows will pop up "the device can perform faster..kinda message.". That means actually your device can transfer data in a rate of 480 Mbps, but the USB port in the computer, only allows up to 12 Mbps. As a result it will perform slower than actually it could. This is what is notified by that message. 

      The difference between 1.1 and 2.0 is in hardware. so installing a software like things can't be done to upgrade the speed . the alternative is using a USB add In card which is 2.0 and connect it with USB 1.1 interface of your computer.

So now you know that most of the companies focus on their customers and always try to meet the needs of them and provide benefits. but there are factors which constraint a company doing anything for a customer. sometimes those are internal (controllable). and also external (uncontrollable). therefore a companies marketing environment is molded considering those internal and external factors also.  

by definition it is said that, marketing environment of a company is,

"controllable and uncontrollable  elements that influence the strategic direction of the company."

  such uncontrollable elements can be found in macro environment. that is explained using PEST analysis.

controllable elements that are close to the company and the has some control put by the company, are available in micro environment. stakeholder analysis is done in the context of internal factors.

Marketing is an interesting subject area if you are working on a business. In my case it is not. But what it persuaded me to dig on this topic is that we have a course module on fundamentals of marketing in my University curriculum .  :(

anyway in this series I will be talking about ,

Bear with me if there was any mistake, since I'm not a commerce student and feel free to comment on the post.

So what is marketing??

Marketing has been defined in many ways. but the final idea carried out by all of them is, providing benefits to the customer continuously, while satisfying needs.

    Philip Kotler, father of marketing as many have identified, has defined it in this way.

"Satisfying needs and wants through an exchange process." 

  Charted Institute of Marketing defines marketing as,

"The management process responsible for identifying, anticipating and and satisfying customer requirements profitably." 

  however definitely it is not about providing products or services. but providing changing benifits to changing needs and demands of the customers.

Why all businesses are not successful??

Even though nowadays almost all the businesses put consumers at first place more than anything else, the scenario was totally different sometime back. There were different concepts or orientations when presenting a product to the customers.

production orientation-     

  the needs of the customer was not focused. instead they thought of reducing the cost  of the product by producing in large quantities.(mass production)

  product orientation-        

company has a strong feeling that the consumers like their product because their product is the superior one with features like quality etc.

sales orientation

the focus is to produce the item and sell it to the target market somehow. sometimes consumers may not like what is being sold to them.

Marketing orientation 

put the customer at the forefront of the business. such businesses try to understand the the needs of the customers by effective market researches and fed back to the organization for further improvements of the product. all the activities of the organization is woven around the customer. So we can say in this approach..the customer is crowned.

අද වනවිට සයිබර් අවකාශය කියන තැන දවසින් දවස එයට එකතුවන තොරතුරු හා දැනුමත් එක්ක මහ පුදුම සහගත දේවල් සිදුවන තැනක් බවට පත්වෙලා. එය තුල අද පෞද්ගලිකත්වය හෝ රහසිගත යැයි කියා කිසිවක් නැහැ. ඔබ internet එක හරහා යවන message එකක් වුනත් hacking හෝ phishing වැනි ක්‍රම යොදා ගෙන වෙනත් කෙනෙකුට බැලිය හැකියි. ඇත්තෙන්ම මේවා ප්‍රශ්න රැසකට මුල පුරන කාරණා.
