Just started my Carrier!

After completing all of the academic activities related to my degree, I got the privilege to start my carrier even before I pass out from the university. I always had the dream to work in IFS, the well known ERP systems company and luckily, as I expected i could join to IFS, as a software engineer, after a series of interviews. It was the first interview I attended after completing my degree, and I got selected. There were 17 fresh graduates recruited from my batch, so there was no reason to be nervous on anything.

22nd December was the commencing date, and we were warmly welcomed by the training and HR managers of the company. We had a series of introductory sessions on various aspects of the organization which encouraged us to give our best to company while developing ourselves as a professional. IFS values the work life balance of its employees and I consider that as much more important in the long run. There is a friendly, yet challenging working environment where we can see the satisfaction of its employees at a glance.So from today onwards I'm also an IFSer, a member of a global organization. It's a relieving feeling that finally I'm no more dependent on my parents. Again I think I'm a much more responsible person as well towards my company and society to give my best as a person. and Yes, I'm Ready! :)
